By accessing or using SPRY, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application. Your continued use of SPRY constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
SPRY is a personal productivity and goal-tracking platform. You may use the app for your own personal purposes and, where collaboration features are offered, for working on shared projects with people you invite or who invite you. You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
When you use SPRY's collaboration features, you may share project content — including titles, tasks, comments, and file attachments — with other members of a shared project. You are solely responsible for the content you share and for ensuring you have the right to share it. By inviting a collaborator, you understand they will be able to view and, depending on their role, edit the content of that project, and that your name and email address will be visible to them. You agree not to share content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, or that contains another person's private information without their consent.
You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application; upload malicious code or interfere with the platform's operation; or resell or sublicense access to the platform.
All content, features, and functionality of SPRY — including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, and software — are owned by SPRY and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The data you enter into the app (your goals, activities, notes) remains yours. You grant us a license to store and process this data to provide you the service, generate personal insights and analytics, and — in de-identified and aggregated form — use it for research and development purposes, including academic research and publication of aggregate findings. You may opt out of research use of your data at any time without affecting your access to the service.
SPRY may use de-identified, aggregated user data for research purposes, including academic research and publication. Participation in research is voluntary. You may opt out of research data use at any time in your Profile settings without losing access to any app features. Research findings are published in aggregate or fully de-identified form and will never identify individual users. SPRY's research is not a medical or psychological treatment, and research findings do not constitute professional advice. If SPRY partners with an academic institution, additional informed consent may be required and will be requested separately.
All research findings, statistical models, algorithms, insights, and analytics generated by SPRY — including but not limited to the "Integrated Convergence" theory, "Golden Proportion" and "Golden Thread" methodologies, fulfillment composite metrics, and time-optimization algorithms — are the exclusive intellectual property of SPRY. Users who consent to research participation contribute de-identified data to research studies but do not acquire any ownership, license, or commercial rights to research findings, insights, or the SPRY platform. Research participation does not entitle users to free access to premium features, research datasets, or commercial products derived from SPRY's research.
SPRY is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. SPRY is a productivity tool and does not constitute professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Any research conducted using SPRY data is for scientific and educational purposes only and does not constitute clinical recommendation, diagnosis, or treatment. Research findings represent statistical patterns across groups and may not apply to any individual user.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPRY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time through your Profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
SPRY offers subscription plans with automatic renewal. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Pricing & Billing: Subscription pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform. Apple or Google will charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually).
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You will be charged the same price for each renewal period unless we notify you of a price change in advance.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to SPRY Premium features until then. There are no cancellation fees.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. SPRY does not issue direct refunds for subscriptions billed through the App Store or Play Store.
Free Trials: If SPRY offers a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. You will receive a reminder before the trial expires.
Price Changes: We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date after the notice period.
Access Upon Cancellation: When your subscription ends, your account reverts to the free tier. Your data is preserved — you retain access to all your goals, activities, and history. Premium features become available again if you resubscribe.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of SPRY will first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If that fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of SPRY after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
SPRY is available as a web application and as native apps for iOS and Android. When using SPRY through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you are also subject to the terms of service of those platforms. Apple and Google handle subscription billing and have their own refund and cancellation policies. SPRY is not responsible for platform-specific issues related to billing, app store policies, or device compatibility. We will maintain our app listings with accurate privacy disclosures on both platforms, including Apple's Privacy Nutrition Labels and Google Play's Data Safety section.
SPRY is committed to making our platform accessible to all users. We follow WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines where feasible and continuously work to improve accessibility. If you encounter an accessibility issue, please contact us through our contact page and we will work to resolve it.
