If you've ever been frustrated with ClickUp or Trello or taking notes or having your goals all scattered, I want to introduce you to Spry Goals. And it's free right now. You can manage all of your personal goals and all of your business projects, your client projects.

Getting Started

When you go to sprygoals.com, click login. You can create a username or password, or you can authenticate with Google if you choose.

Monthly Goal Setting With the Month Map

When you first go on, you have the ability to create a Month Map, which is all your goals for the month. It's your deep goals, your sprint goals, it's your priorities and strategy. It's the overall plan for your month. It gives you the tone and feel of what you're working towards to keep you accountable.

After you do that, it's here on your dashboard so you can refer to it daily.

The Daily Productivity Dashboard

Your dashboard tells you all your quick stats, it gives you access to your pinned notes, and it accesses your Day Map.

Your Day Map is where you're going to do all of your activities in a day. It is all of your tasks. You can add a certain goal channel or activity. So you want to do something in health, you want to go for a walk, you want to do it for 30 minutes, you can add it there.

Journaling and Activity Notes

What's really nice is that you have a note for every activity. You can put your notes if you get inspired, you can put all your notes per activity. But you might have inspiration, you want to write down a note or jot down some ideas or insights.

For the overall day, you also have this note, which is like a normal notepad or journal entry. This is the same one on your Day Map.

Mood Tracking and the Focus Timer

You can also log your mood so you can correlate the evening and the mornings. You can see how the emotions change when you take different actions.

It's got a timer so you can have the timer there, you can pause it, you can stop it, you can mark tasks to finish them.

Kanban Boards for Personal Projects

You also have a personal project dashboard as well. This is set up Kanban style. That way you can see exactly what you're doing if you're in school. This is a great learning tool if you're running a business as well. You've got personal projects. It's broken down by backlog, to do, and progress.

The Business Toggle

What I want to point out to you is that this is not just for your personal projects. You've got a toggle here, a business toggle. So you can manage and see things that you'd normally see in Trello or ClickUp or Asana, but sometimes they're just too complicated. This is giving you the best of both worlds.

You've got a simplified Kanban board, you can move projects around, you can create different tasks, you can assign people to the projects, you can communicate with them, you can attach files, you can add links.

Portfolios and Client Management

You can add a portfolio like a client. They have multiple locations or multiple businesses. You can create portfolios as well. So look at that toggle, the business to personal, allows you to balance.

Tracking Long-Term Achievements

You've got the Achievement Log. This is available after 30 days. That is when you start the month. And when you end the month, you catalog and give yourself feedback analysis.

Productivity Data and Analytics

To keep yourself on track, you have an analytics dashboard that shows your progress. It shows your streak. After time, it'll show you a weekly pulse, which is kind of a connection of your fulfillment, which we're testing. And time distribution. So you can see all of your activities, what you're doing per activity, and it'll break down so you can see exactly which activities and then which goal categories you're spending them in.

This is really good because you get a balance of how you're spending your days and your weeks, so it can keep you informed on what you're doing. You also have a mood tracker, so it tracks when you log your daily mood.

Weekly Momentum and Key Wins

There is an insights tab that allows you to track general insights. It'll give you a summary based on your day and your week on what you're doing. It'll show you momentum, key wins, top actions, and it'll show you a report of the day where you're kind of falling short to keep you accountable.

Archiving Notes and Projects

The archives is where you archive all your notes so you can see your past Month Maps, all of your archive projects. What I like to do is have my notes. This is where if I save a note, then the next day goes by, I can refer to it really quickly.

The Science-Backed Fulfillment Study

There is a research platform on the back end of this. If you want to be a part of science, if that's something that appeals to you, this is happening in the back end. The way it works is when you create your account, you can opt into the scientific research. It is de-identified data, so none of your personal is going to be out there. This is backed by research and it's expanding what we know about fulfillment.
